- The annual prayer breakfast, established in 2003, continues to provide a platform for reflection, unity, and the reaffirmation of Kenya’s national values.
Political analyst Dr. Michael Ndonye advises Kenyan leaders to reflect on and actualize their promises to ensure the continuity of Kenya. Speaking during an interview on the TalkChat podcast, Dr. Ndonye has based his argument on the recent National Prayer Breakfast held on May 28, 2025, at the Safari Park Hotel in Nairobi.
“If the shepherd is divided, then the sheep are also divided. We are supposed to be more united to build the nation,” he stated. “Based on the theme, ‘Rise and Rebuild,’ I think they should reflect so that they not only talk but also walk the talk of what they are saying,” he added.
