- Living in the current world of rising AI voices, I share my journey in voiceover, emphasizing authenticity, strategic growth, and self-belief.
- I Urge artists to stay human, stay heard, and never underestimate the power of their own unique voice.
If someone had told me back in 2022 that I’d be here today, voicing for brands and shaping a career I once thought belonged to others, I probably would’ve laughed it off. But here I am, living it, learning, and speaking my truth.
Over the years, I’ve listened to countless voiceover talents, admired their range, presence, and the pure creativity they inject into their craft. Their work has pushed me to grow. Still, while I’ve drawn inspiration from many, I’ve never placed anyone on a pedestal.
Before you think that sounds arrogant—hear me out. When we over-glorify others, we risk diminishing our own greatness. Admire, yes. Celebrate, always. But never lose sight of the power in your own voice.
My dream has always been to cement myself in the entertainment space, not just as a voice, but as a creative force. I want my work to stand as part of a larger legacy, inspiring others to speak up, tell stories, and create from a place of truth.
That’s why, even now, with AI voices creeping into the scene, I’m not shaken; you shouldn’t be either.

AI can mimic tone, pronunciation, even inflection. But it can’t feel. It can’t understand the context behind a pause or the weight behind a whisper. It doesn’t know loss, joy, ambition—or heartbreak. And that’s where we win. Authenticity can’t be automated.
Still, in this shifting landscape, being good isn’t enough. You must be intentional.
Begin with the essentials: master your voice, study delivery techniques, and learn tools like Adobe Audition to clean and shape your sound. Produce demo reels that reflect who you are and the kind of work you want to do—keep them real, not robotic.
Get your name out there. Create content. Post your samples. Tell your story. Whether it's on Fiverr, LinkedIn, TikTok, or your own website, visibility fuels opportunity.
But more than anything, build relationships. Network both online and offline. Some of my biggest gigs came from conversations, referrals, or someone simply hearing a clip I posted and thinking, “This is the voice we need.”
And when you do land those clients? Be professional. Communicate clearly. Price fairly but confidently. Underpromise and overdeliver.
Voiceover is more than reading scripts, it’s about connecting with someone you may never meet, but who will feel every word.
So to every emerging voiceover artist out there; train, connect, and speak like only you can. Your voice isn’t just heard, it’s felt. And in a world increasingly driven by artificial sound, it’s the human voice that still holds the heart.
