How to Raise Queries on TVET Certificates

KNEC has outlined clear procedures for candidates or institutions that may have queries regarding the released certificates.

First, any queries should be submitted in writing through the Heads of Institutions. This ensures that communication with KNEC follows the official institutional channels.

Additionally, queries can also be submitted online through the Query Management Information System (QMIS) portal, which is accessible via this link:https://qmis.knec.ac.ke

Important Deadline to Note

KNEC emphasized that all queries must reach the council within 60 days after the release of the certificates. Queries submitted after the deadline, specifically after June 30, 2026 will attract a fee of KSh 5,000.

Candidates are therefore encouraged to review their certificates promptly once issued by their institutions and raise any concerns within the stipulated timeframe to avoid additional charges.

A Milestone for TVET Candidates

The release of the certificates marks an important milestone for TVET graduates, enabling them to pursue employment opportunities, further training, or professional advancement.

KNEC congratulated all candidates who successfully completed the 2024 examinations and wished them well in their future endeavors.
