The 2025 Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) placement results have been released, and while over 310,000 students have secured spots in institutions across Kenya, thousands of qualified candidates remain unplaced or undecided.

How to Apply
To apply, simply download the official application form from Kabarak website, complete it in capital letters, and attach the required documents. For Kenyan applicants, this includes copies of academic certificates, your KCSE result slip, school leaving certificate, passport-size photos, and a national ID or birth certificate.
International students will also need academic document translations (if not in English), a financial guarantee letter, immigration pass forms, and recognition and equation from KNQA or CUE, depending on the qualification type.
Once the application is complete, make the required payment.
You can submit the completed application electronically or hand it in at any of our designated offices.
Alternatively, Kabarak University offers short courses that can serve you as you await to join the university of your choice.
In ICT, these courses include digital literacy, programming, and emerging ICT skills. These include courses in Internet of Things (IoT), robotics, and various Cisco and CompTIA certifications.
School of Music and Media offers courses in music theory, songwriting, music production, DJ skills, and contemporary dance.
